At JLR, we pride ourselves on combining extensive industry experience with a hands-on, personal approach. Working across Greater London, we take care of everything from residential and commercial projects to ongoing building maintenance — giving our clients peace of mind that their properties are in good hands.

Our commitment to quality workmanship is at the heart of everything we do. This dedication has helped us build lasting relationships and a steady stream of repeat business through word-of-mouth recommendations. Whether it’s a small repair job, a full refurbishment, or a large-scale commercial development, we make sure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a standard we’re proud to stand behind.

Below, you’ll find a selection of our recent residential and commercial work. These projects showcase the variety of what we do and our focus on creating reliable, long-term solutions for our clients.

  • Modern kitchen with white cabinets, a blue refrigerator, and natural light from a skylight and window.

    Residential

We are experienced in renovating refurbishing or restoring your house or flat.

  • Construction workers on scaffolding working on a building facade in an urban street, with barriers in front of the storefront.

    Commercial

We can carry out works and manage commercial projects to high standards across all sectors.

  • Construction workers repairing a concrete or stone staircase outside a brick building.

    Maintenance

We work for various central London management companies fixing and improving their property portfolios.

  • Empty room with a large decorative window, radiator beneath the window, and wood flooring.

    Education

We work closely with both Independent and state run schools delivering projects during and outside of term times.

Recent Project

For this project, we designed and built an additional 20m² of kitchen and utility space for a young, busy family keen to maximise every inch of their home. The challenge lay in making the most of an unusually shaped plot, which required a thoughtful and inventive approach to the layout. Constructed using a sustainable timber frame and incorporating generous areas of glazing, the extension brings in plenty of natural light while creating a seamless connection to the garden. The result is a practical yet elegant addition that enhances the day-to-day functionality of the house, whilst respecting the character and charm of the clients’ 1930s period property.
